However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

• General Refund Policy
  • Non-Refundable Services:
    • Payments for subscription-based services, software licenses, and one-time purchases are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
    • Customized services, consultations, or digital content purchases are non-refundable once the service is rendered.
  • Refund Eligibility: We may grant refunds under the following conditions:
    • A duplicate transaction was processed due to a technical error.
    • The customer was charged incorrectly or for an unintended service.
    • If the service was not delivered due to system failure on our part.
    • If a user cancels their subscription within the applicable refund window (if specified at the time of purchase).
  • Trial Period:
    • If a free trial is offered, charges will apply only after purchase of any package/privilege after the free trial period.
• Refund Request Process

  To request a refund, you must:

  • Contact our support team at support@mnf.ai within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Provide the transaction details, including proof of payment and a valid reason for the refund request.
  • Allow up to 10 business days for the review and processing of your request.
• Payment Methods & Processing Time
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Refunds for payments made via Razorpay (domestic) or PayU (international) may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banks.
• Chargebacks & Disputes
  • If a chargeback is initiated with the payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to deny future services and take legal action if necessary.
  • If a dispute arises, we will work towards an amicable resolution based on our refund policy.
• Subscription Cancellations
  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings
  • No refunds will be provided for partial usage of a subscription period.
  • Future renewals will be stopped upon cancellation.
• Changes to the Refund Policy

  We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through email or platform notifications. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
